Are you a wellness facilitator, yoga teacher, or community leader looking for the perfect space to hold your next event? Lush Earth Oasis is a 19th-century Victorian manor (est. 1863) in Creemore, Ontario, designed for deep rest, intentional connection, and holistic magic.

• Turn-Key Hospitality: With years of experience in the industry, we handle the flow so you can focus on your guests. We are "Super Hosts" who take care of the meal service, cleaning, and schedule guidance.
• Marketing & Support: We don't just provide the space; we offer retreat consultation, schedule guidance, and will promote your retreat on our own platforms to help you fill your spots.
• Fully Equipped Studio: A dedicated yoga and workshop space equipped with mats, blocks, and meditation pillows.
• The Spa Circuit: All-season salt water hot tub, infrared sauna, and our salt water pool (available April – October).
• Gourmet Healing: Amanda & Robbie’s famous healthy cooking. We accommodate all dietary restrictions and curate custom menus for your review.

 We recommend a two-night minimum to allow guests to fully ground into the space.

The Retreat Rate: $200 +HST per person / night Includes the entire center, 3 exceptional meals a day, plus tea, coffee, and snacks.

Booking Minimums:

• To host a retreat, we require a minimum investment equivalent to 8 paid guests ($3,200 +HST for a 2-night stay).
• You are welcome to host smaller groups, provided this minimum booking fee is met.

Facilitator Perks:

• Bring 10+ Guests: 1 Facilitator stays completely FREE.
• Under 10 Guests: Facilitator special rate of $150/night.

Room Upgrades:

• Private Rooms: $50 extra per night for The Willow, Jade, or our cozy outdoor bunkies. (If two are occupying a private, they split the fee at $25 each). Private rates do not apply to facilitators.

 Our sanctuary comfortably sleeps 15 guests (one per bed), with more capacity available for groups sharing larger beds.

• Second Floor: Birch (4 guests), Maple (4 guests), Lilac (Private Queen).
• Third Floor: Jade (Private King), Rose (3 guests).
• Seasonal Bunkies: Forest (Double) and Field (Queen) available Spring through Fall.

 Make your retreat unforgettable with our signature workshops and services:

• Professional DJ & Ecstatic Dance: Hosted by Amanda & Robbie ($100/hr).
• DIY Wellness Workshops: Candle making, chocolate making, or body care ($60/pp - includes take-home product).
• Cooking Classes: Learn the secrets of the Oasis kitchen ($40/pp).
• On-Site Massage: We bring in local RMTs for your group.
• Yoga & Dance Instruction: Led by our in-house experts ($25/pp).

 To reserve your dates, we require a $500 deposit (or 10% of the total invoice). Check-in is at 3:00 PM and we offer a late 3:00 PM check-out to allow for maximum integration time.
